We're a community of healthy active people who love to play dodgeball. It's SO much more fun than going to the gym and doing weights! It's a co-ed game. We play hard, but not aggressive. The point is to have fun and be healthy. After each game, the losing team has to pay a consequence of push-ups, crunches, burpees, etc. At the end, we all have a fun time while working out the core muscle groups.
